ARTICULO 2.1.1.3.4 . ENTIDADES FACULTADAS PARA RECIBIR DEPÓSITOS DE RECURSOS PARA EL PAGO DE AUXILIOS DE DESARROLLO REGIONAL. Cuando la Nación gire a sus oficinas ubicadas en los Departamentos, Intendencias, Comisarías y Municipios, los recursos para el pago de auxilios de desarrollo regional, éstos deberán consignarse de inmediato en cuentas de ahorro de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero o de los Bancos Popular, Cafetero o Ganadero que funcionen en la respectiva región a nombre de la entidad beneficiada y hasta tanto ésta proceda a retirarlos. El Contralor General de la República sancionará con multa por valor igual a dos meses de remuneración, a los infractores de esta norma.
