La Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, queda autorizada para señalar un cupo especial en sus haberes, destinado exclusivamente a préstamos para los productores de café. Si la Caja estableciere ese cupo, podrá celebrarse un contrato con la Federación Nacional de Cafeteros para que el Fondo Nacional del Café pague los intereses que correspondan proporcionalmente al monto total de dicho cupo en el empréstito de que trata el artículo 1° de esta Ley.
