Atuorizáse al poder ejecutivo para que, de acuerdo con el concepto técnico de los ingenieros a que el artículo anterior se refiere, adquiera por compra las tierras necesarias para fundar estaciones agronómicas o campos de experimentación agrícola, así como los labotorios y enseres que la enseñanza teórica y práctica de la agricultura demande y para hacer construir los edificios adecuados al efecto.
