ARTICULO 32 . TERMINO DE PRESCRIPCIÓN DE LA ACCIÓN . LA acción disciplinaria prescribe en el término de cinco (5) años. La prescripción de la acción empezará a contarse, para las faltas instantáneas, desde el día de la consumación y desde la realización del último acto, en las de carácter permanente o continuado.
