En el contrato de prestación de servicios se precisará que el particular contratista se obliga a atender los casos o a prestar los servicios que la entidad, de acuerdo con sus necesidades y posibilidades, ponga bajo su cuidado y por ello.recibirá un honorario fijo de acuerdo con tarifas especiales. Anualmente se fijarán las tarifas de pago por cada clase de servicios prestados, las que deberán ser aprobadas por el Gobierno Nacional.
