Terminada la inspección se extenderá acta de la misma por triplicado que se firmara por el funcionario que baya practicando y por el gerente, propietario o titular del establecimiento. Un ejemplar quedara en poder de la entidad visitada y los otros dos serán destinados, uno a ser remitido y archivado en la jefatura de la restricción y el otro para el archivo dela oficina que practico la visita.
