Articulo 3 º. La persona que fabrique imitaciones de billetes de la Nación o del Banco de la República, o los dé a la circulación, o facilite de cualquier modo la fabricación o la circulación, sufrirá una multa de $ 300.00 a $ 500.00 sin perjuicio de las penas que le correspondan cuando se trate de la comisión de un delito.
