° Créase el Comité Técnico del XVI Censo Nacional de Población y V de Vivienda, como organismo técnico-consultivo del Censo el cual estará integrado de la siguiente manera

1.

El Director del Censo.

2.

El Subdirector del Departamento Nacional de Planeación como delegado de la Junta Nacional del Censo.

3.

El Director General de Análisis Socioeconómico del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística - DANE-.

4.

Un representante del Centro de Estudios sobre Desarrollo Económico -CEDE- como delegado de los Centros de Investigación Especializados en la materia.
