Los Gobernadores, Intendentes y Comisarios visitarán mensualmente las Direcciones Subalternas de Estadística, con el fin de cerciorarse de que los trabajos se ejecutan puntual y correctamente. El Ministro a cuyo conocimiento se adscriba el ramo, visitará una vez al mes la Dirección General.
