Forma de interponerlos . De los recursos de reposición y apelación del fallo de primera instancia habrá de hacerse uso por escrito, en la diligencia de notificación personal o, dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a ella o a la desfijación del edicto, según el caso. Los recursos se presentarán ante el Capitán de Puerto. El escrito se dejará en la Secretaria a disposición de las partes por tres (3) días, dentro de los cuales podrán presentar sus argumentos y vencido este término se resolverá el recurso dentro de los dos (2) días siguientes.
