Los empleados públicos del Fondo Rotatorio de la Policía, serán incorporados directamente a los empleos equivalentes establecidos en el presente decreto y continuarán percibiendo la remuneración mensual correspondiente a los empleos que desempeñan actualmente, hasta tanto se produzca la incorporación a la planta de personal.
