Artículo Cuarto. El pago de los salarios y prestaciones del personal cuyos cargos se suprimen mediante el presente Decreto, estará a cargo del Ministerio de Salud hasta la fecha en que se haga efectiva la desvinculación en los términos del Artículo anterior.
