Art. 3.º Si los señores Trujillo, Arango y Chaves no quisieren aceptar este privilegio, podrá el Poder Ejecutivo adjudicarlo en los términos de la presente ley, á cualquiera otra persona, sociedad ó compañía que quería emprender la ejecución de la obra.
