Modifíquese el artículo 151 de la Ley 1708 de 2014 , el cual quedará así:
“ Artículo 151 . Publicidad . Durante la fase inicial las pruebas serán reservadas. Durante el juzgamiento no habrá reserva y las pruebas podrán ser de público conocimiento”.
