°. El artículo 29 de la Ley 65 de 1993 se adiciona así: Artículo 29. Reclusión en casos excepcionales . También procederá la reclusión en establecimiento o pabellón especial cuando se haya ordenado el arresto de fin de semana, el arresto ininterrumpido, el cumplimiento de fallos de tutela que impliquen privación de la libertad superior a diez (10) días y las privaciones de la libertad a las que se refiere el inciso cuarto del artículo 28 de la Constitución Política.
