°. Requisitos para acceder al Programa de Empleo de Emergencia. Son requisitos para acceder al Programa de Empleo de Emergencia de que trata el presente decreto, los siguientes

Ser mayor de 18 años de edad.

Ser una persona damnificada o afectada por la situación de desastre declarada por el Gobierno Nacional mediante el Decreto 4579 de 2010, que se encuentre inscrita en el Registro Único de Damnificados por Emergencia Invernal de que trata el artículo 3° del Decreto 4830 de 2010, debidamente elaborado por el DANE.
