° Modifícase la reforma 171ª del artículo 1° del Decreto 1809 del 6 de agosto de 1990, cuyo texto quedará así: “171ª El artículo 196 del Decreto-ley 1344 de 1970, quedará así: Artículo 196. Será sancionado con multa equivalente a cuarenta (40) salarios mínimos el propietario del expendio que provea de combustible a un vehículo automotor con el motor encendido o, en el caso de un vehículo de servicio público o escolar, con el motor encendido o con pasajeros”.
