La vía nacional al río Meta por el Upía de que trata el ordinal o) del tercer grupo del artículo 2.º de la Ley 70 de 1916, se considerará en adelante para los efectos de su construcción y cuidado, partiendo de un punto de la Carretera Central del Norte, dentro del Municipio de Chocontá, en Cundinamarca, a salir por el de Macanal y por el río Upía al Meta.
