ARTICULO 5 º. El personal carcelario y penitenciario a que se refiere el artículo 1º y 2º del presente decreto tendrá derecho a una prima de riesgo sin carácter salarial, equivalente al treinta por ciento (30%) del sueldo básico mensual.
