ARTICULO 115 . PROFESIONALISMO. La actividad del Cuerpo de Custodia y Vigilancia Penitenciaria y Carcelaria Nacional está regulada por leyes, decretos, reglamentos y disposiciones especiales que le imponen la naturaleza de una profesión. Sus servidores deberán recibir una educación integral, aprobar los cursos señalados por las leyes y reglamentos y además, estar identificados con el alto concepto de sus funciones. TITULO II.
