Los destinatarios del presente código cuya situación se haya resuelto mediante sentencia ejecutoriada o decisión que tenga la misma fuerza vinculante, proferidas por autoridad competente, no serán sometidos a nueva investigación y juzgamiento disciplinarios por el mismo hecho, aun cuando a este se le dé una denominación distinta.
