° La emisión de los títulos de crédito público interno a que se referiere el artículo anterior, se hará en treinta (30) pagarés, numerados del 1 al 30, por cien mil pesos ($ 100.000.00) cada uno, los cuales se amortizarán dentro de un plazo de tres (3) años, a razón de un millón de pesos ($ 1.000.000.00) en cada una de las vigencias de 1951, 1952 y 1953.
