Art. 9° Los gastos de agrimensura i títulos de propiedad serán de cargo del empresario. Luego que haya concluido el camino dará cuenta al Gobernador de Popayan, i este procederá, asociado de dos peritos nombrados por la Cámara, a examinarle; i si le encontrare conforme a lo dispuesto en este decreto, le podrán en posesión de él, i le adjudicará las tierras baldías.
