amended by ley 1395/10 amends decreto 2158/48

El artículo 5º del Código Procesal del Trabajo y de la Seguridad Social quedará así:

Artículo 5º . Competencia por razón del lugar o domicilio . La competencia se determina por el último lugar donde se haya prestado el servicio, o por el domicilio del demandado, a elección del demandante.

NOTA: Modificación introducida por el articulo 3 de la Ley 1395 de 2010 se declaro inexequible, por lo tanto texto original continua vigente.
