°. Distribución de los empleos . La Directora General de la Unidad Administrativa Especial, Unidad de Proyección Normativa y Estudios de Regulación Financiera (URF) distribuirá los cargos creados en el artículo primero del presente decreto mediante acto administrativo y ubicará al personal teniendo en cuenta la estructura interna, las necesidades del servicio y los planes y programas trazados por la Entidad.
