° Calcúlase en siete décimos (0.7%) por ciento el porcentaje por evaporación, pérdida o cualquier otro concepto de la gasolina, por el transporte desde las refinerías o puerto de importación. En consecuencia, en la liquidación y recaudo del impuesto se deducirá el porcentaje mencionado, siempre y cuando que la gasolina que se compre esté destinada a ser distribuida fuera del Municipio respectivo.
