° En la ciudad de Quibdó la Junta Municipal del Impuesto sobre la Renta estará constituida en lo sucesivo por el Alcalde, el Tesorero y el Personero Municipales, quienes prestarán sus servicios ad honórem y estarán exentos del pago del mencionado impuesto.
