Afiliación Electrónica. Para los efectos de este Capítulo, las personas podrán afiliarse al Sistema General de Pensiones o podrán realizar el traslado de régimen o de administradora, a través de cualquier medio verificable ya sea físico o medio electrónico que se habilite.

Parágrafo TRANSITORIO

Las administradoras de pensiones deberán establecer todos los mecanismos que permitan la implementación del formulario único de afiliación a más tardar el 30 de junio de 2021, fecha desde la cual, el formulario único de afiliación será el valido para la afiliación y traslado en el Sistema General de Pensiones.
