º La Junta Monetaria Establecerá Un Tratamiento Cambiario Especial Que Permita La Libre Tenencia, Posesión Y Negociación De Divisas Dentro De Los Municipios A Que Se Refiere El Presente Decreto, Y En La Intendencia Especial De San Andrés Y Providencia, Con El Fin De Incentivar Y Facilitar El Comercio Exterior Y Dar Fluidez A La Inversión De Capitales
Decreto 1457 de 1991 · por medio del cual se otorga un tratamiento preferencial aduanero y cambiario a los Municipios de Maicao, Uribia y Manure en la Guajira, Tumaco en Nariño, y a la Región de Urabà compuesta por los Municipios de Arboletes, San Juan de Urabà, Necoclí, San Pedro de Urabà, Turbo, Apartadó, Carepa, Chigorodò, Mutatà, Acandí y Unguía.
