Para efectos del control de las reservas los oficiales, suboficiales de la Fuerza Pública en retiro, y los reservistas de primera clase, están en la obligación de registrar la dirección de su residencia permanente cuando haya cambio en la misma, ante el Comando de Zona o Distrito Militar de Reclutamiento de su localidad dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes a la ocurrencia del hecho.
