Decreto 97 de 1989 · Por el cual se reforma el estatuto de carrera de Agentes de la Policía Nacional

SUSPENSIÓN DISCIPLINARIA PROVISIONAL. El superior con facultades disciplinarias podrá solicitar a la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional, la suspensión sin derecho a sueldo, hasta por sesenta (60) días de los Agentes que sean investigados por mala conducta, hasta tanto se adelante y falle la respectiva investigación.

Parágrafo

Si el Agente suspendido resulta responsable de la falta, el retiro se producirá con la fecha de la suspensión. Si resultare absuelto se levantará la suspensión y se le cancelarán los haberes correspondientes.
