Los miembros de la Banda Nacional, actualmente en servicio, y que estén disfrutando de pensión de jubilación, pagada por el Estado, tendrán derecho a que se les reajuste de acuerdo con las normas establecidas en el artículo primero (1º) de la presente Ley.
