Artículo segundo. El Rector de la Universidad Tecnológica de los Llanos Orientales tendrá derecho a gastos de representación en una cuantía equivalente a la tercera parte del sueldo que le corresponda, según lo establecido en el artículo 1° del presente Decreto.
