Se entiende por Sistema Nacional de Rehabilitación el conjunto de organismos públicos y privados que se coordinan para brindar servicios de prevención primaria, secundaria y terciaria a la población susceptible de riesgos psicosociales y biológicos que producen limitación temporal o definitiva.
