Función social y ecológica. Las personas que prestan el servicio público de aseo deben cumplir con las obligaciones de la función social y ecológica de la propiedad, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en la Constitución Política y en la ley.

(Decreto 2981 de 2013, artículo 9º).
