De conformidad con el artículo 7° de la Ley 93 de 1938, el Ministerio de Salud Pública podrá delegar, por medio de resoluciones, en los Directores o Jefes de los Servicios Seccionales de Salud, la designación de sus representantes en las Juntas Directivas de los hospitales y demás establecimientos e instituciones de asistencia pública y de Utilidad Común.
