Los derechos que hayan sido discutidos al interior de un proceso de extinción de dominio en el que se haya producido decisión definitiva y de fondo por sentencia ejecutoriada o mediante providencia que tenga la misma fuerza de cosa juzgada, no serán sometidos a una nueva actuación por las mismas causales cuando exista identidad respecto a los sujetos, al objeto y a la causa.
