Con la cesión de que tratan los artículos anteriores, el SENA procederá inmediatamente después de aprobada la presente Ley, a llevar a cabo las construcciones, instalaciones y dotaciones necesarias para establecer allí un Centro de Aprendizaje destinado a dictar cursos de prácticos agropecuarios, mecánicos agrícolas, incluyendo manejo y mantenimiento de maquinaria agrícola, mayordomía general., inspectores avaluadores de crédito agrario, prácticos en inseminación artificial, ordeñadores, etc.
