Art. 54. Vencido el término de prueba, el Juez dispondrá que los autos estén en la Secretaría por tres días comunes a disposición de las partes, para que aleguen por escrito.

En el mismo auto, el Juez señalará para la audiencia pública uno de los dos días siguientes al del término de alegatos.

Celebrada la audiencia, el Juez dictará sentencia dentro de seis días improrrogables.
