Artículo cuarto. Le corresponde al Consejo Profesional de Química, plantear ante el Ministerio de Educación y demás entidades educativas competentes, los problemas que surjan sobre la compatibilidad e incompatibilidad de los títulos otorgados en química y los niveles reales de educación o idoneidad de quienes ostentan dichos títulos.

Parágrafo

El Consejo Profesional de Química será organismo asesor de las instituciones universitarias que expidan el título de Químico y del Instituto Colombiano para el Fomento de la Educación Superior "ICFES".
