Cualquier funcionario o empleado que deje de prestar la fianza que finalmente le fuere exigida, o de renovarla dentro del plazo fijado por el Contralor General, será removido de su cargo en la forma prevista por el artículo 26. La remoción del cargo se impondrá también de la misma manera en el caso de que cualquiera de tales personas o su fiador deje de satisfacer los alcances que en su contra deduzca el Contralor.
