En las entidades vigiladas que por definición del Gobierno Nacional deben contar con un Defensor del Consumidor Financiero serán estos los competentes para adelantar conciliaciones entre los consumidores financieros y la respectiva entidad vigilada. en los términos de la Ley 1328 de 2009, o la norma que la modifique o sustituya.
