Art. 8.° Cuando al hacer el reconocimiento en el caso del artículo 91 del Código, no aparecieren los bultos de acuerdo con la respectiva factura, se aplicarán las penas correspondientes, como en los casos ordinarios, en vez de hacer uso de lo que determina el mismo artículo.
