Procedimiento . Verificado el cumplimiento de los anteriores requisitos, dentro de los sesenta (60) días siguientes a la evaluación del estudio, la autoridad competente decidirá al respecto. En caso de ser positiva la decisión, registrará la empresa, el recorrido, los vehículos, las frecuencias y la tarifa con los cuales se prestará el servicio.
