Se entiende por representación pública de una obra para los efectos de esta Ley, toda aquella que se efectúe fuera de un domicilio privado y aún dentro de éste si es proyectada o propalada al exterior. La representación de una obra teatral, dramática-musical, coreográfica, o similar, por procedimientos mecánicos de reproducción, tales como la transmisión por radio y televisión se consideran públicas.
