Sin perjuicio de la gratuidad en los servicios bibliotecarios básicos en la forma establecida en esta ley, las bibliotecas públicas que integran la Red Nacional de Bibliotecas Públicas podrán comercializar bienes y servicios que se constituirán en fuentes autónomas de recursos para financiar proyectos de inversión.
