Los expedientes que pertenezcan a Municipios que en virtud de esta Ley correspondan a nuevos Distritos o Circuitos Judiciales, teniendo en cuenta los principios y reglas sobre jurisdicción, se pasarán oportunamente a los Tribunales o Juzgados respectivos, con el inventario del caso.

Parágrafo

Lo mismo se hará con los archivos de los juzgados que en virtud de esta Ley quedan suprimidos.
