En el caso contemplado en el Capítulo VII, el remate se efectuará por la parte de mercancías que sea necesaria para el pago de los gastos, seguros y derechos que se hayan causado a favor de la Zona Franca, sin más trámites que el previo aviso que se publicará en los términos del artículo anterior.
