Art 4.° El Poder Ejecutivo nombrará una Comisión de dos ó tres personas idóneas para que hagan con acierto la selección de los documentos que merezcan darse á la estampa, los ordenen y se entiendan con el Editor de la obra en cuanto se relacione con el material de ella.

Queda facultado el Poder Ejecutivo para fijar la remuneración que deba darse á estos comisionados.
