La Junta de Comercio Exterior señalará el presupuesto mensual para las importaciones a que se refiere el artículo anterior, de acuerdo con el presupuesto general de divisas, que periódicamente fije la Junta Monetaria. El pago de tales importaciones se hará con divisas del mercado de capitales.
